The hotel has some appealing aspects like a delightful breakfast and well-designed rooms, but it falls short in service follow-up and the appearance of the outside hallway. While the room was nicely decorated, the small size might be challenging for taller guests. Unfortunately, the response to reported issues was lacking, which diminished my overall experience.

I had a pleasant experience overall at this hotel, with a standout breakfast and welcoming front desk staff. However, the room was quite small and the air conditioning didn't work, making my stay a bit uncomfortable. The location was a decent walk to the main attractions, which could be challenging on colder days.

My stay at Park Inn was mostly enjoyable with great proximity to public transport and easy walking distance to the city center.
